Other Beverages
Besides beer, we offer courses on how to produce other beverages like soft drinks, cider and spirits. The course duration is typically 1-3 days. Most of our courses include visits and exercises. No entry qualifications are needed.
Soft Drinks
This course introduces the raw materials used in manufacturing of soft drinks together with product development and production processes.
Cider
This course will include lectures in apple varieties, juice making, fermentation, maturation, clarification, stabilisation, blending and final treatment.
